Our milling department operates an extensive fleet of vertical machining centers featuring both 3-axis and full 4th-axis rotary capabilities. This equipment portfolio enables us to machine complex parts with multiple angles, undercuts, and features that would require extensive fixturing or multiple setups on conventional equipment.


Primary CNC milling equipment includes multiple Haas vertical machining centers ranging from the VM-3 Mold Maker with 40" x 26" x 25" travel and 12,000 RPM spindle capability, to larger VF-4 and VF-5SS machines providing 50" x 26" x 25" working envelopes. Our YCM MV-106 machining centers feature through-spindle coolant delivery systems and 30-tool automatic tool changers for efficient processing of complex components.


Advanced milling capabilities include:

  • High-speed spindle capabilities up to 12,000 RPM for precision surface finishes
